30 min

to install

Integration template provided on 3CX, self-service connection on Yeastar P-Series.

40%

recurring margin

For the distributor, every month, for as long as the end customer stays subscribed.

100%

of support and product

Carried by Audioliz. You have no product support obligation and you keep the commercial relationship.

How it works

Three steps to sell ScanBiz.

01

You sign the agreement

No exclusivity asked, neither geographic nor by PBX brand. What protects you is deal registration.

02

Your sales team is trained in 1 hour

A one-hour session, the sales kit, and an SME demo tenant to show the product in meetings.

03

You activate your customers

A partner console is coming in early 2027. Until then, Audioliz activates your customers with you.

What you get

Everything you need to sell from week one.

No certification to pass, no stock to carry, no support team to build.

The sales kit

Pitch, objection handling, meeting outline and email templates ready to personalise.

The distributor deck

The product and the channel economics, with your brand on the cover.

An SME demo tenant

A named account per salesperson, with real analysed conversations — never a customer's account.

A monthly webinar

Product news, field feedback and your teams' questions, one hour a month.

Deal registration

An end customer you register stays yours, even if they end up signing up on the website themselves.

A co-branded page

For active partners, a page in your colours on scanbiz.ai — after launch.

The price shown on scanbiz.ai is a ceiling price

The partner price list is handed over when you sign.

Channel questions

What distributors ask us.

No, neither geographic nor by PBX brand. What protects you is deal registration: an end customer you register stays yours, even if they end up signing up on the website themselves.

You do, at your price (the price shown on scanbiz.ai is a ceiling). Audioliz invoices you your purchase price every month. If an SME subscribes on its own on the website, it pays the public price to Audioliz through Stripe.

3CX (integration template provided, 30 min) and Yeastar P-Series (self-service connection). Email: Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Another PBX: we will look into it, email is enough to get started.

HubSpot: a direct link to the record from every call, today. Pushing the summary into Pipedrive then HubSpot is on the roadmap, included at no extra cost — we do not promise a date. Another CRM asked for in a meeting: tell Audioliz, that is what sets the priority.

Audioliz, 100% of it (support@audioliz.com). You have no product support obligation; you keep the commercial relationship.

Processing and hosting in the EU, signed DPA, data never used to train models. Informing employees and callers is the SME's responsibility (as for any 3CX recording); we provide the management / IT / works council kit.

30 minutes on 3CX. Analysis starts after the onboarding call — never before, so the customer sees their first results with someone.

Yes, and SMEs that come to the website on their own pay the public price, more than through you; that is the reason for the ceiling. Any SME that mentions an integrator or a wholesaler is handed back to them.
