No. ScanBiz plugs into your current line (desk phone, switchboard or mobile) and your inbox. You keep your ATS: the write-ups are ready to paste in, and the useful information can be copied across.
Conversations are transcribed to produce the write-ups, the replies and the alerts; your contacts are told about the recording by your usual greeting message. The data stays yours, processed under GDPR, and sensitive information (health, family situation, origin) can be anonymised or excluded from the analysis.
The Sector plan is €299 per month excl. VAT, with no commitment, first user included, plus €29 per month for each extra user.
